Submission guidelines
Before submitting your abstract, thank you for paying attention to the following guidelines:
=> Your abstract must be submitted in ENGLISH.
=> The title must be in lower case letters (upper case at the beginning of the sentence) ; except for symbols and/or abbreviations that need to be in capital case letters.
It should not exceed 200 characters including spaces, clearly indicating the nature of the work.
Do not put a period at the end of the title.
=> The abstract must respect the following framework:
- Background/Introduction
- Methods
- Results
- Conclusion/Discussion
=> Your abstract (without the title and the list of authors) must not exceed
3600 characters including spaces (excluding paragraph headings).
=> Figures and Tables
You may include one figure or table which must be saved in image format (*.jpeg / *.jpg / *.png / *.gif ) and then follow the stated procedure for inserting the image. Your table and your image, to be legible, must not exceed 8 cm and must be referred to in the body of the abstract and have a legend (resolution 300dpi for a photo and 500dpi for a schema - less than 15Mo).
=> In order to avoid problems of incompatibility, we ask you to prepare your text with the
Arial font, size 12. The text must be
single spaced. Each paragraph has to start without any heading as the sytem will add it automatically.
Then, you will have to copy and paste the text (without the title and the list of authors) in the dedicated fields for this purpose using the appropriate icon
.
Title and author’s names will have to be typed out in separate fields.
=> The contents of your abstract will have to be for purely scientific purpose. Any commercial promotion is prohibited, even involuntary.
Modifications
You will be able to modify your submission until the deadline.
After this date, no changes will be possible.
Selection process
Abstracts will be assessed by reviewers. The best proposals will be considered for oral presentation or poster display.
Results will be sent by email only to the "contact", to the e-mail address registered as login.
Registration
The acceptance of an abstract does not mean free-of-charge participation. Registration, travel and accommodation costs will be the responsibility of abstract presenters.
